To Join SCMS as Affiliates to the Society
The Sangamon County Medical Society Board of Directors would like to invite Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who work in collaboration with an active member of the Medical Society to join SCMS as an Affiliate
Affiliates would be welcome to attend educational (CEU credits available) and social events and to participate in our SCMS Community Health Committee, Educational/Program Committee and Long-Range Planning Committee.
Affiliates would also be included in the referral directory, including the SCMS website and annual Medical Resource Guide.
Affiliates would be assessed a fee of $75 Annually to access these privileges.
Please note: During the pilot program, Affiliates would not be entitled to participate in governance, policy development or revision, representation on the Board of Directors, participation in ISMS activities including but not limited to the House of Delegates or voting rights which are reserved for physician members.
